During my stay, I found the night manager, Mauricio, to be exceptionally professional and friendly. The room was equipped with a Daikin air conditioner that effectively handled the record heat in Morelia, allowing me to sleep well despite my insomnia. The quiet environment and dark window coverings added to the comfort, making it a relaxing business stay.

A previous reservation mishap could affect future stays.

The hot breakfast every morning was a fantastic perk that really set us up for the day. Our last-minute room change was handled swiftly, so we felt completely at home. The inviting atmosphere made it a delight to spend our time there.

Windows are paper-thin, allowing noise to disrupt sleep!!! Missing shower door and faulty window lock raise safety concerns!!! The night club nearby interferes with relaxation well into the early hours!!!

Enjoyed our stay at Don Carlos! The location is fantastic, just what we needed. A hot breakfast each morning. The only hiccup was some noise from a gathering on our second night, but overall a good experience.

The hot breakfast every morning was a cherry on top, energizing us for the day ahead. The hotel’s location offered great value, conveniently placing us near local attractions. However, the room's noise insulation was subpar, disrupting our sleep on several occasions. Additionally, the staff's quick responsiveness to our room concerns was appreciated, but we still dealt with a few maintenance issues that left a sour note. Overall, the inviting atmosphere made up for some flaws.

Our family stay was quite unfortunate. The windows were paper-thin, leading to noisy nights filled with street sounds. The shower was left incomplete with no door, and we faced security issues due to a faulty window lock. I wouldn't recommend this place for families.
